Owner and operator

One crew from dirt to finish

Brandon Hellard owns and runs Hellard Concrete. The same crew that clears, grades and digs the site also forms, pours and finishes the concrete, so a commercial job does not get handed from one outfit to the next.

The equipment is ours too, which keeps the schedule in our hands from site prep through the final pour.

Questions

Commercial concrete questions

What kinds of commercial projects do you take on?

We pour warehouse aprons, apartment complex parking lot sections, large building slabs, footings and foundations, loading dock slabs and retaining walls, and we repair floors inside industrial plants. Excavation and site prep come with the job, handled by the same crew that pours the concrete.

What areas do you serve?

We are based in Mount Vernon, KY, and serve Lexington and Central and Southeastern Kentucky. That includes Richmond, Berea, London, Corbin, Jackson County and Pulaski County. If your site sits a little outside those towns, send us the details and we will tell you whether we can take it.

Do you do the excavation too?

Yes. We own a dozer, an excavator, a skid steer and dump trucks, so clearing, grading and digging are done by our own crew before the forms go in. One crew from site prep through the final finish means fewer handoffs and a schedule we control.

How do I get a quote for a commercial job?

Use the Get a Quote button on this page or call the number at the top and tell us what you are building, where it is and when you hope to start. Photos or a site plan help. We will follow up to talk through the scope before pricing the work.

Do you also do residential work?

Yes. We pour driveways, sidewalks, patios, garage floors and foundations for homeowners as well. Residential projects have their own page with photos and details, so head to our Residential page to see that work and ask about your own project.

Homeowners: see our residential work.

Ready to talk about your commercial project?

Tell us what you are building and where. One crew handles the dirt work and the concrete.
